Seeking an Information Technology Specialist Supervisor to lead Service Desk Specialists while ensuring exceptional IT support across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing ticket queues, monitoring SLAs, coaching team members, managing account administration activities, reporting on service metrics, and providing hands‑on support for Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and end‑user technology issues.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with proven leadership experience, a customer‑service mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence within a fast‑paced IT environment.
