The City of Irvine's Information Technology team is seeking a seasoned Data Center and Cloud Engineering Strategist to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data center and cloud infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of hybrid environments, focusing on performance optimization, cost-efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud technologies, data center management, and team leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position will oversee the Police Department's infrastructure and collaborate with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising a team of data center and cloud engineers.
• Mentoring team members and conducting performance evaluations.
