Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform all aspects of IT for various projects, working under occasional supervision.
• Support resolution of IT and system problems, recommend solutions, and meet project deadlines.
• Work on moderate to advanced complexity tasks, providing technical advice and strategic IT planning.
• Support backup and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, monitoring, auditing, and compliance efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user support issues and deliver technology solutions.
• Verify operational status of government computer systems and third-party interfaces, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards. Experience with cloud management using elastic cloud computing is preferred.
