Raines Feldman Littrell LLP is a dynamic and growing national law firm, with opportunities to work on a variety of matters across different offices for clients in diverse industries. The firm is comprised of highly experienced transactional and litigation attorneys from some of the nation's most elite law firms. We are looking for litigation candidates who are eager for hands-on responsibility, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first-line point of contact for all technology support requests (phone, email, self-service portal or AI chatbot), ensuring each ticket is logged, categorized, and resolved or escalated promptly.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, network, and cloud-service issues; perform hands-on or remote troubleshooting and follow through until resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (Windows & mobile devices) and peripheral equipment (monitors, printers, scanners, AV gear, conference-room systems).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD tenant services, including account provisioning, MFA/conditional-access policies, Teams/SharePoint collaboration spaces, and Intune mobile-device/endpoint management.
  • Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure virtual machines, VPN/SD-WAN, SaaS legal-practice platforms).
  • Deploy and manage modern collaboration & productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for M365, Zoom, Teams, Slack) and train users on best practices.
  • Leverage scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and low-code automation (Power Automate, Zapier, Logic Apps) to streamline routine tasks and improve service-desk efficiency.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security using modern observability stacks (Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike, MDM analytics) and remediate alerts proactively.
  • Assist with implementation and administration of AI-enabled solutions—e.g., document summarization, contract analysis, predictive text, and chatbots—while enforcing responsible-AI and data-privacy standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software licenses, and cloud resources; coordinate lifecycle management, secure disposal, and e-waste compliance.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity posture: apply patches, manage endpoint protection, enforce Zero-Trust controls, and participate in incident-response drills.
  • Rotate with peers for after-hours/on-call coverage to support critical firm operations across multiple time zones.
  • Provide training sessions and create user-friendly documentation, quick-reference guides, and micro-learning videos.
  • Coordinate office moves or technology refresh projects—including imaging, asset tagging, cabling, and VoIP handset deployments.
  • Other duties as assigned that support the firm’s evolving technology roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field – or – 3-5 years’ experience in a professional-services help-desk / systems-admin role.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, and modern endpoint-management (Intune, Endpoint Central, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi 6/6E) and experience supporting VPN or SD-WAN solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS services (VMs, storage, identity, security).
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell and one additional scripting language (e.g., Python) for task automation and reporting.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and best practices for data protection, encryption, and incident response.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent documentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or legal-tech offerings (Microsoft Copilot, Lexis+ AI, Westlaw Edge, Harvey AI) and a passion for exploring emerging tools responsibly a PLUS
  • Law-firm or other professional-services experience a plus, but not required.
