What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical lead for network firewall, switch, router, and related monitoring/troubleshooting tools
- Provide support, installation, administration, upgrade, and monitoring of hardware and software
- Offer technical leadership and guidance to other members of the Network Team
- Deliver third-tier support for complex problem analysis and resolutions for the DMV's 24x7 server infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal network performance and security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
- Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats
- Authorization to work in the United States and clearance of background investigation required prior to hire
