Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly skilled IT Specialist to support Department of Defense (DoD) interactions with foreign defense and security establishments as part of US Army Security Cooperation activities. This is a full-time Government-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration and training support.
• Maintain database for existing management information systems, analyzes and solves computer problems.
• Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software.
• Document system performance and support data backup.
• Supports the organization’s technical POC for wireless services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system administration
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining IT systems, including user account management, system configuration, and security protocols.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networked devices in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience maintaining management information systems and analyzing data to identify and solve system performance issues.
• Skilled in documenting system performance and implementing data backup and recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies and experience acting as a technical point of contact for mobile and wireless service issues.
• Must be a US citizen
• Work location will be Government facilities in Arlington, VA
• Must possess an Active DoD SECRET security clearance
