Job description

This position is located with the Office of Information Technology, Division of Information Technology Operations. The purpose of this position is to plan, schedule, execute, and implement various information technology (I/T) project efforts to deliver or enhance enterprise technology solutions. The incumbent reports to the Supervisory I/T Specialist or designee.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. Basic Requirements

  • Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below.

Minimum Qualifications

GS-14: One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:

  • Serving as the product owner for Microsoft 365 products and product features for an enterprise service.
  • Providing guidance to project teams and coordinating all project activities of multiple contractors, vendors, government resources and other project participants across multiple locations.
  • Developing enterprise-wide communication plans, creation of process workflows, and providing technical consultation using a customer-focused approach.
