Job Description
The ITS5-Security, Identity Management Specialistwill play a leadership role in the development, deployment and administration of applications used as part ofMinnesota State Colleges and Universities Enterprise Access Managementstrategic initiatives. This includes providing highly skilledsubject matterexpertiseinidentity management,reduced/single sign-onacrossMinnstate’senterprise solutions,anddirectoryintegration or synchronizationwith 33institutions’ Active Directory systemsand other enterprise and 3rdparty systems. This position’sprimary focus will be administering/implementingidentity managementsystems/solutions, managing changes to the systems,developingandmaintainingworkflows, and working with stakeholders to ensure that systems and processes are implemented and used as intended.Assistsinsecure softwaredevelopment architectures, guidelines,and standards,andparticipatesinthereview andselection ofsecure software developmentproducts and services.
The ideal candidate willhave experience withIDM solutions,Active Directory,EntraID,Shibboleth,JavaEEor other development platformexperience,and SQL.
