Job summary

FTSi.Tech is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead RE-IP initiatives across our real estate portfolio, including office expansions, data center builds, and site implementations. You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery from initiation through handover, coordinating across CRE, Facilities, Enterprise Networking, and Portfolio teams.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on networking expertise with strong vendor management, cutover planning, and multi-site budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT infrastructure or real estate technology project management.
• Hands-on networking knowledge: TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, SD‑WAN.
• Understanding architectural floor plans and data-center infrastructure (PDU, UPS, cooling).
• Experience with telco circuit provisioning and coordinating on-site technicians.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CCNA, or BICSI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle delivery for Real Estate Infrastructure Projects across regional offices, data centers, and sites.
• Coordinate network engineering efforts for WAN/LAN, SD-WAN migrations, core switch deployments, VPNs, and firewall integration during property changes.
• Serve as the liaison between IT, Real Estate, GC, cabling vendors, and ISPs; oversee circuit delivery and ISP demarcation.
• Plan and execute weekend/after-hours network cutover events with validation of latency and throughput.
• Manage multi-site tech cap-ex budgets and track hardware lead times, mitigating supply-chain risks.

Job description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to join our Technology Portfolio Integration team to lead RE-IP projects. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end technology infrastructure initiatives across our physical portfolio, including office expansions, facility consolidations, data center/MDF room builds, and retail/branch site implementations.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities, Enterprise Networking, and Portfolio Integration teams. You must possess deep technical fluency in network routing/switching, WAN/SD-WAN, wireless (Wi-Fi) deployments, firewall integration, and structured cabling to ensure zero-downtime cutovers and seamless operational handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & REIP Execution: Lead end-to-end lifecycle delivery (initiation, design, procurement, implementation, and handover) for Real Estate Infrastructure Projects across regional offices, data centers, and operational sites.
• Network Infrastructure Integration: Coordinate network engineering efforts for WAN/LAN architecture, SD-WAN migrations, core switch deployments, VPN configurations, and perimeter security/firewall integration during property acquisitions, leases, or site redesigns.
• Facility & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the core liaison between IT, Real Estate, General Contractors (GC), Low-Voltage Cabling vendors, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Oversee circuit delivery, ISP demarcation, and low-voltage drop installations.
• Network Testing & Cutover Management: Plan and execute weekend/after-hours network cutover events. Validate latency, throughput, redundant path failovers, and IoT/building management system (BMS) connectivity before site go-live.
• Resource & Financial Tracking: Manage multi-site technology cap-ex budgets, track hardware lead times (switches, routers, APs, racks), and mitigate supply-chain risks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience specifically managing IT infrastructure, enterprise network rollouts, or real estate technology implementations.
• Networking Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with core networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, Subnetting, SD-WAN, Wireless LAN Controllers, and Next-Gen Firewalls like Palo Alto or Fortinet).
• Real Estate & Physical Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of architectural floor plans, low-voltage cabling standards (Cat6/Cat6A, Single/Multi-mode Fiber), structured cable testing, and server room infrastructure (PDU, UPS, cooling).
• Vendor & Telecom Management: Proven capability managing telco circuit provisioning (Ethernet, Fiber, DIA, 5G LTE backup) and coordinating on-site field technicians.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Cisco CCNA (or equivalent network foundational knowledge), or BICSI certifications.
