Base pay range

$77.00/hr - $82.00/hr

We are currently hiring an experienced Senior IT Project Manager for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is fully remote and ideal for professionals who are proactive, execution-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

About the Role:

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of clinical systems, enhancements, and integrations. You will coordinate between clinical, IT, and vendor teams to ensure smooth delivery that meets regulatory and clinical needs. The goal is to deliver on-time, within budget, and with high adoption success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, task coordination, and progress tracking
• Oversee all phases of project life cycle to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across 8+ concurrent projects
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks with proposed mitigations
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular reporting
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors
• Drive results while cultivating positive team collaboration

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong background in implementation and delivery (EHR/EMR experience is a plus)
• Skilled in budget and cost management, project scheduling, and reporting
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously (8+ preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Smartsheets
• Consistent employment history with proven project success

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow experience
• Waterfall methodology knowledge
• PMP Certification
• Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, and Excel
• Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive with strong follow-up
