Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more IT projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate activities to support execution.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Identify resource requirements and collaborate to secure needed resources.
• Monitor progress, workloads, risks, issues, and dependencies; address them proactively.
• Serve as liaison between teams, stakeholders, and business units requesting project services.
• Facilitate communication and status reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Apply Agile methodologies to planning, execution, and delivery.
• Utilize PM tools to track milestones, documentation, and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and governance.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee andcoordinate IT projects in a hybrid work environment based in Pontiac, Michigan.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams,developing and maintaining schedules and budgets, coordinating resources, andensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established objectives,timelines, and requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management,organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methodologies is required.Experience supporting cybersecurity projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadand oversee one or more projects throughout the project lifecycle,ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, anddeliverables.
