Job summary

Smart IT Frame is seeking a seasoned Project Program Manager to lead complex technology transformation programs in the US market. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and provide executive updates with strong reporting using PowerPoint and Excel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with governance, RAID, and stakeholder management. This is a full-time role based in New York.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders.

Preferred skills

Experience in AWS hybrid cloud or public cloud programs

Understanding of resiliency DR backup network and infrastructure concepts

Experience in banking financial services or regulated environments preferred
