Job summary

Seneca Resources in Montgomery, AL is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires managing projects through full lifecycle, applying governance, risk management, and strong communication to executives. PMP or equivalent certification and experience with Agile/Waterfall are advantageous; mentoring and PMO improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and reporting.
• Experience establishing project governance and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Experience with vendor management, budget monitoring, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and support governance, audit, security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with executives and technical stakeholders.
