  • Facilitate project routines (working sessions, standups, steering/operating forums) with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Quality Management
  • Define project scope, objectives, success measures, roles, and key deliverables in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project schedule, budget estimates/forecasts, and status reporting; manage changes through disciplined change control.

  • Track progress against milestones and quality expectations; identify and drive corrective actions when performance deviates.
  • Governance, Tooling & Documentation
  • Promote and enforce IT PMO methodology, required artifacts, and stage-gate expectations; keep documentation audit-ready.
  • Maintain accurate project data and evidence in portfolio/project tools (e.g., Daptiv PPM) and project repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Capture and manage key decisions, actions, and change requests using appropriate logs (decision/action/RAID).
  • Risk, Issue, Dependency, and Stakeholder Management
  • Proactively manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions), mitigation plans, and escalation paths to protect business continuity.
  • Identify cross-project dependencies and coordinate with impacted teams to keep commitments aligned.
