Position Overview

The company is preparing to go live with NetSuite ERP in December as part of a company-wide initiative to modernize financial, operational, and field service systems. The IT Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating the final implementation phase, managing internal and external resources, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to NetSuite. This position will focus on final deployment readiness, data migration, user training, and post‑go‑live stabilization to ensure system adoption and long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all final implementation activities as the company transitions to NetSuite by December.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, the NetSuite implementation partner, and any third‑party integration vendors.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are completed on schedule.
• Oversee system configuration validation, data migration accuracy, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate training sessions and create user documentation for Accounting, Operations, and Field Service teams.
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent go‑live delays.
• Support issue resolution during cutover and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate ongoing system enhancements, process improvements, and integration efforts following deployment.
• Report project status, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including ERP implementation (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end system deployments, including testing, data migration, and user training.
• Strong understanding of accounting, procurement, inventory management, and field service workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification a plus.
• Experience within industrial services, utilities, or water treatment industries preferred.
