Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Project / Implementation Manager for a remote role that requires residency in Salt Lake City, UT, Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, or Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT/ERP projects and 5+ years specifically implementing NetSuite ERP, including end-to-end deployments and strong accounting knowledge.

• NetSuite Project / Implementation Manager - REMOTE
  Locations: REMOTE but must reside in one of these locations: Salt Lake City, UT, Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA

  Pay Rate: $66-68/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C, NO THIRD PARTY NO 1099
  Duration: 12+ months
  

  REQUIRED SKILLSET

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT/ERP projects.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing NetSuite ERP, including leading or managing end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • Extensive NetSuite implementation experience, with the ability to understand business requirements, coordinate technical teams, manage integrations, and drive successful adoption.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and how they apply within ERP environments.
  • Strong organizational change management experience, including stakeholder communication, process adoption, training, and managing resistance to change.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and keep projects moving toward established goals.
  • Results-oriented and highly driven, with the ability to proactively identify obstacles, hold stakeholders accountable, and aggressively drive projects to completion.
  • Experience using SaaS-based IT project management platforms to manage schedules, tasks, resources, risks, issues, and project deliverables is nice to have

  Note: Candidates best suited: experience with construction, contracting, or trade industry experience.

  Experience implementing ERP solutions within the construction/trade industry is highly valuable, as the business processes and operational requirements can differ significantly from ERP implementations in other industries
