A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Project Manager.

Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 2 months

Location: Columbus, OH (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Manage project presentations, tailor presentations to client specifications, and provide final presentations to leadership.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare pre-meeting notes, minutes, and presentations for team meetings and updates.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, meet stakeholder requirements, and manage expectations.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
