Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, business, or similar).
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs.
• Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile).
• Strong knowledge of portfolio, dependency and financial governance.
• Certifications such as PMP and SAFe SPC are required; Lean portfolio management/AI/Agile transformation certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over complex enterprise portfolios and programs.
• Establish vision, priorities, and value-delivery roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and value realization.
• Develop executive dashboards, risk mitigation strategies, and AI-driven insights for decisions.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers to raise delivery excellence and Agile maturity.
