Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED, a global leader in project, program and portfolio management consulting, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Corporate Security Project Manager to deliver IAM initiatives for Financial Services clients in New York. You will collaborate with IT, security and business teams to ensure robust access control and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in PM, IT security, or IAM, familiarity with RBAC, MFA, SSO, and regulations like GDPR/SOX/ITGC.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in project management, IT security, or IAM.
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, MFA, SSO, IGA).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, ITGC, PSD2).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM project delivery, ensuring alignment with security policies, compliance standards, and business needs.
• Coordinate with IT, security teams, and vendors to implement IAM solutions (RBAC, MFA, SSO).
• Identify and resolve access-related risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Ensure IAM projects comply with Financial Services regulations (GDPR, SOX, ITGC, PSD2).
• Conduct access reviews and audits to maintain compliance and security.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align IAM with broader security frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IAM projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on IAM best practices.
• Present complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IAM processes (automation, self-service access requests).

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years in project management, IT security, or IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles (e.g., RBAC, MFA, SSO, IGA).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, ITGC, PSD2).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, Ping Identity).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly valued.
