As an IT Project Manager at MP, You Will:

Role Summary

We're seeking a Mid to Senior-Level IT Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in Medical Devices and Cybersecurity. This role requires expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485), and PMO development.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Coordination
• Lead IT infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud migration, network upgrades, system integrations) in Medical Device and Cybersecurity contexts.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISO 27001), and medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Coordinate with IT, security, and compliance teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Integrate cybersecurity best practices into IT infrastructure projects (e.g., risk assessments, vulnerability management).
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align projects with broader security frameworks.
• PMO Building & Governance
• Develop and enhance PMO frameworks to standardize project management processes.
• Implement best practices in project governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO maturity and efficiency.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project review meetings, presenting progress, risks, and action plans.
• Translate technical and compliance requirements into actionable insights for leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., security vulnerabilities, compliance gaps).
• Manage change requests and adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining project integrity.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7-10 years in IT Project Management, with a focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, or medical devices.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud, networks, systems integration).
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Proficiency in PMO development, including governance, reporting, and process optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to align IT projects with compliance and security requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PMO tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMI-RMP) are a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly valued.
