Job summary

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who can take enterprise projects from kickoff to successful delivery?

At Tempur Sealy, we're looking for a collaborative, highly organized project leader to join our North America IT PMO. You'll partner with business and technology leaders to drive high-impact initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional stakeholder engagement.

• Lead enterprise-level IT and business initiatives
• Drive project execution across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
• Partner with business, technology, vendor, and data teams
• Help deliver ERP, business systems, and application-focused projects
• Work with experienced program leaders in a high-visibility PMO environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Can independently initiate, execute, and close projects
• Understands Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies
• Has experience with ERP, business applications, or software development projects
• Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively from project team members to executive leadership
• Stays calm under pressure and leads with positivity, accountability, and emotional intelligence
