This is a full-time, on-site position in Gainesville, FL — no remote or hybrid work is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff across multiple departments
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, hardware, and software
• Manage user accounts and device configurations in Microsoft 365 + Intune
• Assist with patching, backups, and system updates
