Job summary

Doist is seeking an ERP Analyst (Manufacturing-focused) for a contract-to-hire engagement. The role is hybrid, based in Monett, Houston, or Dallas, with frequent travel to Monett.

You will support ERP systems, develop SQL queries, and build integrations to ensure smooth data flow across business applications. You will work with manufacturing users to triage MES issues, analyze requirements, and craft custom workflows and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP experience.
• Basic SQL development skills.
• Manufacturing domain experience.
• Experience with API/web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and relational databases.
• Experience across multiple ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for the ERP system, assisting users with issues, configurations, workflows, and scripts.
• Triage production issues with manufacturing users in MES, perform initial analysis, route to dev teams.
• Support production issues and coordinate with development teams.
• Manage SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, integrations, and performance.
• Create and enhance custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using integration platforms.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to meet business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve ERP issues across Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Projects.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing new features, and rollouts.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for the ERP system, assisting users with issues, system configurations, workflows, and custom scripts.
• Work closely with manufacturing users to triage production issues in the MES, perform initial functional/technical analysis, and route items to the appropriate development team.
• Responsibility in supporting production issues and coordinating with the appropriate development teams
• Manage SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, integrations, and system performance.
• Create and enhance custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using integration platforms as needed.
• Develop and tailor dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to meet business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve functional and technical ERP issues across core modules such as Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Projects.
• Contribute to system enhancements by supporting version upgrades, testing new features, and ensuring successful rollouts.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and promote adherence to governance standards and best practices.
