Job summary

BMA Group Global in Puerto Rico seeks a hands-on Manager of Technology & Digital Transformation to lead IT operations, drive digital initiatives, and partner with executives to improve efficiency, security, and decision-making.

You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/HRIS, data analytics, automation, and BI, delivering projects from planning through adoption while mentoring IT staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT operations, enterprise systems, digital transformation, systems integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data/analytics, or related technology initiatives.
• Experience leading technology projects, implementations, or integrations.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology and digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, systems integration, workflow improvement, and process digitalization.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cloud environments, virtualization, endpoints, telecommunications, backups, disaster recovery, and end-user support.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including access controls, vulnerability management, data protection, security monitoring, and business continuity.
• Manage the selection, implementation, integration, and enhancement of enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, finance, EHS, project management, estimating, scheduling, and procurement platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, and business intelligence capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement construction technologies, BIM, field applications, project controls, and other tools that improve project execution.
• Lead technology projects from business case and planning through implementation, training, adoption, and post-launch support.
• Manage technology vendors, contracts, licensing, budgets, service levels, and performance.
• Lead and mentor IT resources and serve as a trusted technology partner to executive and operational leadership.

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking technology leader to lead IT operations and drive digital transformation across the organization. The role combines technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data analytics, automation, AI, and business process improvement.

The Manager will partner with executive leadership and operational teams to identify business challenges, evaluate technology solutions, lead implementations, and improve efficiency, security, collaboration, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology and digital transformation roadmap.

Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, Security+, VMware, ITIL, PMP, cybersecurity, cloud, data/analytics, or AI are preferred but not required.
