Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Healthcare IT, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive IT support experience.
• 3+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
• Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, and IT operations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for a healthcare practice with strong end-user support.
