We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Orlando, FL. The primary roles of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, monitor and maintain the TLC IT Ticket system, which involves reaching out to staff who have submitted trouble tickets, resolve the ticket in a timely manner and close tickets after successful completion.

Qualifications You'll Need:

• A minimum of 1 year of IT experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees.

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• CompTIA A+ and / or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
