Job summary

NOVA Computer Solutions in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Field Tech to provide onsite and remote support, travel daily to client sites, and ensure customer satisfaction. This in-person role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will troubleshoot hardware, configure equipment for staff and partners, document each service ticket, and work with senior teammates to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and safely use ladders and power tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated to work alone or in a team.
• Ability to research solutions to problems.
• Ability to safely navigate offices under construction.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to partner offices within Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia in work vehicle.

NOVA Computer Solutions is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) that provides technology support and strategic IT services to businesses throughout Northern Virginia, Metro Washington DC, and Maryland. With over 20 years in business, we specialize in supporting professional environments, particularly dental practices. We're looking for a Field Tech to help us exceed client expectations and provide onsite and remote support. This is an in-person role based in Woodbridge, VA that will require travel to client sites on a daily basis.

We'll Provide:

• PTO, 401(k) with 3% company match, health and dental insurance
• Pay of $17-25/hour
• Paid training and onboarding support

What You'll Do:

• Travel daily to partner offices within Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia in work vehicle. Personal vehicle use may be required on occasion
