Role Description

The Information Technology Developer role at WellNet Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that support WellNet's proprietary technology stack and self-funded health plan platforms. Daily responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, integrating databases and third-party systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to secure, scalable application architectures. The IT Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, implement enhancements, and improve system performance and reliability. The role also involves monitoring cybersecurity risks, applying updates and patches, and participating in documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
