Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Business Analyst with strong LIQ product knowledge and proven experience in system integrations. The role supports Agile product teams, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

The position is hybrid, based in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC, with responsibilities spanning requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and SDLC delivery.

Qualifications

• LIQ product experience including understanding functionality, workflows, and integration touchpoints.
• Gathering requirements, analyzing integrations between apps, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Experience as a Product BA in Agile environments, writing user stories and managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements for solutions.
• Create and refine user stories with acceptance criteria for the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA and stakeholders throughout SDLC.
• Support UAT, stakeholder communications, and product delivery across sdlc stages.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Perform process and gap analyses to validate proposed solutions.

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong LIQ product knowledge, expertise in system integrations, and experience operating within Agile product teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions

LIQ Product Experience: Hands-on experience working with the LIQ platform/product, including understanding its functionality, business processes, workflows, system configurations, and integration touchpoints.

Integration Skills: Strong experience gathering requirements, analyzing, and supporting integrations between applications, APIs, databases, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms.

Ability to document data flows, interface specifications, and troubleshoot integration-related issues.

Agile Product Business Analyst Skillset: Proven experience working as a Product Business Analyst in Agile environments, including:

• Eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conducting process analysis, gap analysis, and solution validation.
• Supporting UAT, stakeholder communication, and product delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
