Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a co-op student to assist Information Services in supporting end users, troubleshooting, and deploying hardware/software at project sites. You will help create user guides and document work processes while learning IS practices in a construction setting.

The role involves imaging hardware, software installs, asset tracking, and participating in on-site project activities, with potential overtime and safe PPE use.

Qualifications

• Enrolled and actively pursuing a college/university degree or Co-op program in IT, security, data analytics, or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age to work at construction project sites.
• Desire to learn information systems in a construction environment and technology.
• Commitment to work standard business hours with potential overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist IS Services & Support with end-user support, troubleshooting, asset management, and hardware/software deployment.
• Provide progress reports to supervisor and assist with documentation.
• Imaging hardware, installing software, and setting up job sites as directed.
• Track IS assets including licenses and network devices and ensure safety protocols on site.
