RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.
AT&T has an opening for an Information Systems Security Officer to support the RIS I Government contract in Columbia, Maryland. This role supports the delivery and management of secure end-user IT systems across a mission-focused federal environment, helping ensure information systems remain compliant, protected, and operationally ready.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Work to be performed at a government customer site in Columbia, MD.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The ISSO will help ensure information systems remain secure, compliant, accredited, and operationally ready in support of classified mission requirements. This role requires a security professional with strong Risk Management Framework experience, a disciplined approach to documentation and compliance, and the ability to collaborate with ISSMs, mission stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to identify risk, strengthen controls, and support successful program execution.
