We are seeking an Information Systems Security Manager to manage security planning and Risk Management Framework authorization coordination for Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). The solution includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The manager will align engineering, assessment, and Government stakeholders around control responsibilities, security evidence, remediation, and operational readiness across approved cloud and application boundaries. Government officials retain authorization and risk-acceptance authority.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the security program and authorization workstream across approved system and service boundaries.
• Maintain system security documentation, control ownership, assessment schedules, and authorization evidence.
• Coordinate control implementation and inheritance across cloud services, D365 F&O applications, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
• Track Plans of Action and Milestones, remediation commitments, assessment findings, and material security changes.
• Coordinate requirements for controlled unclassified information, identity, access, incident response, and continuous monitoring.
• Work with engineers and assessors to obtain sufficient evidence while preserving required assessment independence.
• Present security posture and risks to Government stakeholders and support authorization decisions by the designated officials.
• Ensure security conditions and access requirements are incorporated into releases, deployment readiness, and support transition.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7+ years of experience in information-system security, including 3+ years leading RMF/authorization-to-operate coordination or an equivalent security-management function.
• DoD or Army authorization experience.
• Experience managing Government authorization packages, control ownership, security assessments, and remediation plans.
• Experience with continuous monitoring, incident coordination, and security changes affecting Government systems.
• Ability to coordinate responsibilities and evidence across cloud, software-as-a-service, and customer-managed environments.
• Ability to communicate security risks and remediation status to technical teams, management, assessors, and Government stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Familiarity with D365 F&O security and enterprise financial-system controls.
• Experience with Government cloud integration boundaries and inherited security controls.
• Experience coordinating security evidence with Agile releases and deployment readiness activities.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION:

• Remote within the United States.
