Leads and mentors staff, manages projects, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with clinical and operational departments. Ensures timely issue resolution, system enhancements, and alignment with organizational goals through effective communication, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. Monitors KPI's, work queues and other related metrics to ensure baselines are being met.* Is able to groom, mentor, manage, and lead the team effectively. Develops and monitors educational plans to ensure employee knowledge growth.* Maintains relationships with the Supported Departments a. Periodically attends department meetings to educate and communicate as needed b.
