Job summary

The Department of Local Government Finance seeks an Information Systems Director to lead the Information Systems Division, shape the digital operations strategy, and drive modernization across the agency. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of information technology, information security, project management, and business management.
• Ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Computer Science or Information Technology in a similar role.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements with agencies, divisions, and outside vendors.
• Effective communication skills and ability to frame technical issues based on policy implications.
• Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, manage workflow, and develop employee skillsets.
