Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.
• Two or more years developing software solutions in secure environments.
• Experience in regulated or secure environments with ITIL knowledge.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions and define systems to meet requirements.
• Design, develop, and analyze architecture of internal hardware and software systems.
• Determine integrated architecture solutions for performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Coordinate design and integration of systems and dependencies; research technology improvements.
• Create specifications and prototypes of recommended solutions; communicate with staff and clients.
