Responsibilities

The Information System Security Manager will support the Naval Surface Warfare Command in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Government program manager to comply with current certification and accreditation processes, including annual security reviews, RMF Control testing, and Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management (IAVM) processes.
• Developing RMF A&A package documentation for ATO submission, including Platform IT (PIT) Determination, System Categorization, Security Plan, POA&M, SAP, SAR, RAR, and Security Authorization Package.
• Starting the Security Plan based on initial system information, developed by the ISSM and SISS prior to final registration within eMASS.

Qualifications

• Education: An Associate's degree from an accredited university, CNSSI 4011 Certificate, or successful completion of military training course CIN J-3B-0440 (IP BASIC) or DoD Service equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of specialized entry-level experience in CSWF Specialty Area 46 (Systems Security Analysis).
• Certification: IAT Level I or higher certification such as A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+CE, or SSCP.
• Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance required.
