ISPA Technology is looking for an Information Security Program Manager who can do more than manage policies but shape the future of our organization’s cybersecurity posture. Lead with Vision: Design and drive a comprehensive information security strategy that protects systems, empowers teams, and aligns with organizational goals.
Build Connection: Collaborate across departments and leadership levels to create buy-in and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
Inspire Confidence: Oversee the implementation of critical policies, emergency response plans, and awareness programs that make security second nature—not second thought.
Guide the Way: Manage a diverse team of cyber professionals, tools, and systems, ensuring the right people, processes, and technologies are in place.
Communicate Clearly: Translate complex risks into actionable insights and keep stakeholders informed with concise, meaningful updates.
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field from an accredited institution.
8+ years of experience leading organizational cybersecurity efforts—coordinating strategy, infrastructure, policy, emergency planning, and people.
A natural ability to connect, motivate, and manage up and down the org chart.
A mindset that balances strategy with empathy, and leadership with technical know-how.
