Job Title: Information System Security Manager (ISSM)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Clearance Level: Active Secret Clearance

ISPA Technology is looking for an Information Security Program Manager who can do more than manage policies but shape the future of our organization’s cybersecurity posture. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead with Vision: Design and drive a comprehensive information security strategy that protects systems, empowers teams, and aligns with organizational goals.

Build Connection: Collaborate across departments and leadership levels to create buy-in and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness.

Inspire Confidence: Oversee the implementation of critical policies, emergency response plans, and awareness programs that make security second nature—not second thought.

Guide the Way: Manage a diverse team of cyber professionals, tools, and systems, ensuring the right people, processes, and technologies are in place.

Communicate Clearly: Translate complex risks into actionable insights and keep stakeholders informed with concise, meaningful updates.

What You Bring to the Table

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field from an accredited institution.

8+ years of experience leading organizational cybersecurity efforts—coordinating strategy, infrastructure, policy, emergency planning, and people.

A natural ability to connect, motivate, and manage up and down the org chart.

A mindset that balances strategy with empathy, and leadership with technical know-how.
