Adaptive Solutions Group seeks an Information Security Awareness Manager to design and oversee security awareness programs across the enterprise. In this high-visibility role you will manage a small team of analysts, partner with the C-Suite, and drive risk reduction through effective training and communication.

This hybrid position in St. Louis requires a proven track record of leading security awareness initiatives, strong data analysis, and global cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in security awareness.
• Experience managing a Security Awareness Program.
• Experience leading one or more teams in a complex business environment.
• Experience with cross-functional and global teams.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence in St. Louis, MO or surrounding area.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Vendor/third-party management and negotiation experience.
• Committed to incorporating security into daily decisions.

If you specialize in managing and overseeing phishing and security awareness campaigns and cyber awareness training, this role could be for you! Our top client is searching for an Information Security Awareness Manager to join their team. You will create security awareness programs for the corporation, manage a small team of analysts, interface with the C-Suite, and ultimately reduce risk for the entire organization. Ideal candidates have managed security awareness programs, managed direct reports, and are good with data analysis and data manipulation (this is not an Analyst position). This is a great opportunity to join a multi-billion-dollar, global organization in a high-visibility role!

This is a hybrid position with 0-3 days onsite in St. Louis, MO - only local candidates will be considered for this position. (relocation will not be considered)

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
• Experience managing a Security Awareness Program
• 6+ years of related experience
• Experience managing one or more teams in complex business environment
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong experience analyzing data, thinking critically, and making recommendations for solving problems and/or making business decisions based on findings
• Experience with vendor/third party management and negotiation
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
• Technology Security certifications (SSAP, CSAP, etc.) are a plus
• Experience working with a creative agency a plus
