Job summary

Shell Federal Credit Union in Deer Park, TX is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support the ISO and IS&T teams in maintaining security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring for threats, performing vulnerability assessments, incident response, and aiding in security hardening across networks and systems. The role requires on-call rotations and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ strong Windows and Windows Network administration, database systems and network connectivity skills.
• Three or more years’ experience performing security related tasks for a medium to large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Meet Shell FCU service commitments and adhere to the Employee Creed.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable rules and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
• Attend annual training and perform duties in compliance with policies and standards.
• Identify security and compliance requirements and recommend solutions or actions.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and monitor for anomalous activity.
• Assist in patch management and security hardening of systems.
