Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.

• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and assist with corrections.
• Organize and maintain electronic records, documents, and files.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, forms, and information summaries.
• Scan, upload, rename, categorize, and organize digital documents as needed.
• Retrieve and compile information for internal teams and management.
• Assist with routine data verification and quality-control activities.
• Communicate with team members to obtain or verify required information.
