Job summary

World Vision is seeking an Information Management Manager for its Emergency Response roster. You will lead IM systems, data collection, validation, and analysis to support rapid humanitarian decisions across multiple countries.

The role requires coordinating with field offices, MEAL, and operations to provide timely, accurate reports. Strong candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in relief work, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analysis, Statistics, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relief and development work experience.
• Strong analytical, data visualization and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional UN languages desirable.
• Power BI or Tableau training; GIS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Information Management systems, databases, and tools for the Response.
• Ensure timely collection, validation and analysis of impact data.
• Support executive leadership with evidence-based decision making.
• Coordinate with field offices, partnerships, and internal teams for data quality.
• Develop and improve data governance, reporting processes and training.
