Job summary

JTSi (Johnson Technology Systems, Inc.) is seeking an Information Assurance / Cyber Security Analyst. This remote role includes periodic on-site meetings at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, and requires active security clearance and a CISSP/CISA/CAP/CISM/CRISC certification.

The candidate will create ATO packages, conduct RMF activities, review control implementations, and support eMASS workflows across DoD and federal programs. Must be US citizen with active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with RMF, ATO processes and DoD/federal security controls.
• Experience writing/assessing security artifacts and authorization documents.
• Experience coordinating with system teams and stakeholders in RMF/eMASS workflows.

Responsibilities

Description Of Projects & Tasks

Duties/Tasks

• Create ATO packages with system owners.
• Assessment Procedures (AP) testing and evaluation.
• Review and help to write control implementation statements.
• Work with system teams to review, update, and create their POAMs and help system teams to navigate the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS) GRC tool.
• Articulate authorization requirements, (i.e. ATO), to varying degrees of staff or leadership.
• Support system ATO processes, Artifact Development processes, Security Control implementation details, and POA&M.
• Client management and engagement including facilitate meetings
• Provide guidance and support to system teams throughout every step of the RMF process and eMASS workflow.
• Write and analyse authorization documents, policies, SOPs, POA&Ms and associated artifacts against authorization requirements to identify gaps, establish a schedule.
• Address outstanding authorization requirements, coordinate directly with system team stakeholders, and implement work activities in accordance with established SOPs.
• Review and create artifacts that comply with the DoDs authorization requirements, compliance and map those artifacts to the appropriate NIST 800-53 controls such as

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years recent experience with above duties, including the following;
• ATO/IATO, SAP Financial Systems, RMF, NIST 800-53 Rev. 4, STIG Viewer, Federal IT and Cloud Security Policies, eMASS, PAAS, SAAS, and IAAS, FedRAMP/AWS GovCloud, network or server topologies and configurations.
• Required to be available to work Remote with periodic meetings on site at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J.
• Active CISSP, CISA, CAP, CISM or CRISC certification.
• MUST Be US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.

Education - MUST have a BS or BA degree in STEM or related Fields
