Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, health information technology, information systems, business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare information systems, electronic health records, project coordination, process improvement, administrative support, healthcare operations, or a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Informatics projects across departments and service lines.
• Assist with implementation, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities for clinical/operational systems.
• Develop and maintain workflows, reference materials, and training documentation.
• Track requests and projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate meetings, timelines, testing schedules, and training activities.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and provide regular updates to leadership.
