Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare information systems, electronic health records, project coordination, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Informatics projects across clinical departments and admin teams.
• Assist with planning, testing, go-live activities, and workflow changes for system implementations.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and report status to the Director of Clinical Informatics.
• Develop workflows, reference materials, and training documents.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation.
