Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator within the Informatics Department. This on-site role supports implementation, optimization, and coordination of clinical and operational information systems across multiple departments.

You will help move projects from planning to completion, manage timelines, and communicate progress to leadership. A strong focus on documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and follow-through is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Informatics projects across clinical departments, Business Office, Revenue Cycle, Administration, IT vendors, and other departments.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, workflow changes, and go-live activities.
• Schedule meetings, manage timelines, testing schedules, training activities, implementation plans, and follow-up tasks.
• Track project progress from initiation through completion and maintain documentation.
• Identify workflow issues and ensure resolution routes are followed.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and status reports.
• Provide regular project updates to the Director of Clinical Informatics.
