Job summary

Aktion Associates is seeking a WMS Application Consultant in the United States to lead warehouse management system implementations from requirements through go-live and post-production support.

You will analyze customer warehouse operations, configure WMS workflows for receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing and shipping, and document best-practice solutions while coordinating with clients to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Travel up to 30-40% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and warehouse applications.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS implementations.
• Familiarity with Infor WMS, TWL, and CSD is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 30-40%.

WMS Application Consultant

Core Responsibilities

• Lead WMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support.
• Analyze customer warehouse operations and configure WMS workflows to support receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management processes.
• Facilitate discovery, document business requirements, and recommend best-practice warehouse solutions.
• Provide go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and partner with customers to ensure a successful transition to the new system.
  

Required Skills/Education

• Experience with Warehouse management systems / warehouse application
  • Infor WMS (WM 4000, WM9, SCE)
  • Warehouse Management Experience
