This entry-level role requires 3-5 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial and strong SQL proficiency. Responsibilities include providing functional and technical support, configuring system improvements, and developing reports and dashboards. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence three times a week.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).
• Able to work 3x/week on-site in Charlotte, NC.
• W2 basis (no sponsorship or C2C).

Responsibilities

• Primary functional and technical support for Syteline's CloudSuite Industrial.
• Configure, test and deploy system improvements and integrations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
