Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking an ERP Specialist to maintain and optimize our Infor FSM and XM platforms within the Finance Office. You will design reports, automate workflows, and support system integrations to help leadership make data-driven decisions.

This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration with Finance and IT, end-user support, and ensuring alignment with diocesan standards and financial guidelines. On-site work is primary with potential future hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Infor CloudSuite experience.
• BI tools experience and ability to design clear report layouts.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Platform Structure: Manage Infor FSM and XM platform setup and framework.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Process Automation: Improve automated workflows within Infor ecosystem.
• System Integrations: Ensure steady data flows between Infor and other systems.
• End-User Support: Assist CloudSuite users with troubleshooting and learning.
• Team Collaboration: Align with Finance and IT on standards and guidelines.
• Other Duties: Support additional technical or operational tasks.
