Job summary

ABEC is seeking an ERP Specialist to manage and optimize ERP systems across technology, services, and HR. You will assess business needs, implement solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient ERP operation.

The role is full-time and onsite at our Springfield, MO facility, with on-call readiness for technical emergencies and opportunities to improve processes and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with computer-related field.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and IT principles.
• Familiarity with SQL programming and SQL databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with Infor Syteline / Infor CSI.
• Mongoose development experience a plus.
• Familiarity with C# and Visual Basic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation services including process consulting, system configuration, testing, training, and project management support.
• Provide Tier1 User Support as first point of contact for ERP issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot overall ERP system issues.
• Facilitate business process discussions between ABEC users and technical staff.
• Identify and scope required system customizations for ABEC users.
• Write SQL queries and perform basic SQL customizations.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Infor ERP and supporting technologies.
• Train end users in specific ERP modules.
• Prepare project documentation like user manuals and training videos.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• Ability to travel when required.
