ABEC is seeking an ERP Specialist to manage and optimize ERP processes across the organization. The role involves implementing, configuring, testing, training, and supporting ERP solutions, ensuring smooth operations and cost efficiency. The specialist will work with technical teams, analyze business needs, and propose effective, time-saving solutions.

Hours vary and on-call support may be required. This full-time onsite position is located at our Springfield, MO facility and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a computer-related field.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and information technology principles.
• Familiarity with SQL programming and SQL database management.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with Infor Syteline / Infor CSI.
• Knowledge of Mongoose development environment a plus.
• C# and Visual Basic a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide implementation services including process consulting, system configuration, testing, training, and project management support.
• Provide Tier1 user support as the first point of contact for ERP software-based user issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot overall issues with the ERP system.
• Facilitate business process discussions between ABEC users and technical staff.
• Identify and scope ABEC users required system customizations.
• Travel as required.
